Welcome to Olly

Just Ask Olly ("Olly," "we," "us") is an AI-powered tool designed to help Oregon S&DS case managers write OAR-compliant CA/PS assessment notes. By using Olly, you agree to these terms. We've kept them straightforward.

What Olly Is (and Isn't)

• Olly generates suggested text — you are responsible for reviewing and editing it
• Always verify that generated notes accurately reflect your assessment
• Olly's suggestions are based on OAR 411-015 rules, but rules change — stay current with your training
• Your agency's policies take precedence over Olly's suggestions

Your Responsibilities

When using Olly, you agree to:

• Protect client privacy: Do not enter client names, SSNs, dates of birth, addresses, or other PII. Use placeholders like "[Consumer]" instead.
• Review all output: You are responsible for the accuracy of any notes you submit to your agency or case management system.
• Follow your agency's policies: Use Olly in accordance with your organization's guidelines for AI tools.
• Keep your account secure: Don't share your login credentials.
• Use Olly appropriately: Only for legitimate case management work.

Early Access Terms

During the early access period:

• The service is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes
• Features may change as we learn from your feedback
• We may have usage limits to manage capacity
• We'll give you notice before any transition to paid plans

AI-Generated Content

Olly uses artificial intelligence to generate assessment notes. You should understand that:

• AI can make mistakes — always review generated content carefully
• The same input may occasionally produce different outputs
• AI suggestions are based on patterns, not professional judgment
• You retain responsibility for any content you use from Olly

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you input and the notes you create using Olly. We don't claim ownership of your assessment data. We use your input only to provide the service and improve Olly (see our Privacy Policy for details).

Service Availability

We strive to keep Olly available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. Don't rely on Olly as your only method for writing assessments.

Limitation of Liability

Olly is provided "as is." We do our best to make it useful and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that generated content will be error-free or suitable for every situation. You are responsible for verifying all content before using it in official documentation. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of Olly-generated content.

Account Termination

You can stop using Olly at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. If we terminate the early access program, we'll provide reasonable notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as Olly evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
